Unique Can only build one per star system. What Unique and Limited mean

Built on
Moons and Asteroids
Workforce
6 Population Mobilized
Unlocked by
Space Hyperstructures
Levels
5
Sieges
Twice as likely to be damaged as most buildings

The ships it allows can still be ordered while it is being upgraded. Ships already in the construction queue still finish if it is later damaged or destroyed.
